QuickBooks Self-Employed Continues Expansion with New Partnerships
Intuit announced new QuickBooks Self-Employed channel partnerships and platform functionality this week, further expanding its presence in the burgeoning on-demand economy.
QuickBooks Self-Employed helps on-demand workers manage their business and personal finances as well as their 1099 taxes and meet compliance requirements throughout the year. Intuit offers the solution through channel partnerships with many of the leading on-demand economy marketplaces. QuickBooks Self-employed was launched in 2015, as previously covered by Spend Matters, and already had partnerships with a number of on-demand platforms including, Uber, Lyft and TaskRabbit.
Since that time, QuickBooks Self-Employed has continued to develop its partnerships and enter into new ones, including six additional partnerships announced Thursday. Now, Intuit reports, “self-employed people working with “eBay, FlexJobs,Incorporate.com, Kelly Services, Moonlighting and NAHREP access to discounts on both QuickBooks Self-Employed and the QuickBooks Self-Employed Tax Bundle.”
